The working mark is the brief. Everything here is that B, that F, that 11 — or Ian’s stave and lockup, sitting next to it so you can choose a pole.

p-B11 is already the quietest fusion story. The monogram should be too.

Ian’s runes belong inside it
Berkana is already a B. Fehu is already an F. If the company still wants the north, cut the runes into the device. Do not hang them off a stave.

Two poles, not nine ideas
Corporate monogram or founding stave. The three-glyph lockup is here so you can watch it fail at 16px. That is the comparison.
On the table
The working device
A thick geometric B. The counters are an F — stem to the baseline, two arms joining it. Two rectangular notches in the top bar are the 11 in boron-11. Names and fuel, in one cut.
Two things keep it from looking finished. The notches are timid, so they read as a manufacturing defect until someone tells you they are an 11. And the Pixelmator path sits slightly off the 5×5 grid that is already inside it.
The construction is already clean: stem, top, waist, bottom, and bowl stroke are the same unit. I redrew that grid, kept the F channel open to the base, and widened the 11.

Sixteen pixels is a favicon. The B must hold. The 11 is allowed to become a texture, then disappear. If the F is gone at 64, the counter is too tight.

BF-11 square helium is the mark — the 11 on the F stem, three helium from the reaction. Ian’s three-glyph lockup is merch: a hoodie back, a cap, a plant gate. Not the tab. Not the letterhead.
Questions before we draw a system
Why 07, not 06?
Same letter. The 11 sits on the two walls of the F stem. Three branches, three α. That is the reaction, in the cut.
What is 14 for?
Swag and ceremony. Berkana, stave, Fehu on a hoodie back or a cap. It will not travel to 16px. It does not have to. The letterhead is 07.
Monochrome, or ion?
Ignore the cyan. Ship void + ice. Hold one ion-green for plasma stills and ceremony. The mark should not need a color to be the mark.
Have you run a trademark search?
A geometric B with a counterform F is more ownable than a historical stave, but letter monograms are a crowded class. Search ‘BF’ in energy and industrial before you file.
